Enfield consisted of properties refurbishment of which a large number of them were requiring fitting of occupational therapy facilities (OTs).
Occupational therapy bathrooms demanded a high degree of skill from our tradesmen for wetroom conversions.
We worked close with our Resident Liaison Officers for planing of works to ensure minimise disruptions for people with disabilities. Properties have been completed to the highest standards and within budget and timescale.
