This project was the third batch of properties in the Rotherhithe area for which EuroTop tendered and has been awarded the contract.
As in previous stages, the work specific was kitchen and bathroom refurbishment; EuroTop liaised with multiple subcontractors for electrical and gas works and for asbestos containing materials removal as well.
Almost all properties presented asbestos containing materials; our operatives are 'Asbestos Aware' trained and they ware quick to identify this situation to third party contractor to remove these materials thus saving time in overall construction process.
High scores in customer surveys have been awarded to us this time as well upon project completion in the allocated timeframe and in the budged.
