This project was named after a pack of surveyed properties in the Rotherhithe area and made ready by the main contractor for EuroTop to commence kitchen and bathrooms refurbishment works.
This batch of properties is on of three that EuroTop tendered for and has been awarded the contract.
Properties were situated in a busy part of London, near Rotherhithe tunnel for which EuroTop had to carefully schedule in advance any materials deliveries and rubbish disposal activities.
Supplementary handymen have been used to ensure the properties were completed in the allocated timeframe.
Project was kept on the budget with good customer feedback.
