Decent Homes
Since its inception, EuroTop has been a driving force behind the Decent Homes Programme bringing over 10000 homes up to standard.
As part of this, EuroTop specialises in Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment, meeting the stringent requirements of local London authorities within the Decent Homes Programme.
EuroTop takes pride in being able to complete properties, including kitchens and bathrooms, to a high quality finish in less than 15 days.
Void Property Refurbishment in social housing presents us with different challenges, in many cases the properties have to be ready for new tenants as soon as possible in order to minimise client income loss.
EuroTop will meet deadlines whatever the condition of a property.
Hidden Homes
According to the latest NHBC statistics the rate at which new homes are being created is still too slow to meet housing needs, Hidden Homes is one of the newest ways of providing a swift, cost effective and substantial response to the demand for new affordable housing in the UK.
EuroTop have recently supplied the London Borough of Wandsworth with a number of Hidden Homes on their Doddington Estate, converting storage space, car ports and basement areas into bespoke affordable homes to be sold and let to residents in the Wandsworth area. In most cases the locations suggested for Hidden Homes projects are ground level and basement levels of apartment blocks. This requires particular consideration of key aspects such as the load bearing walls, utility and drainage systems, and ventilation.
This is the first of many Hidden Home developments to come.
